We visited with our 2 bags still under warranty. One bag was repaired by changing the trolley wheels.For the other one we were given a replacement at a hypothetical value of 2900 since we did not have the bill and we had to pay the remaining amount. Nice experience overall but online prices are more competitive.

Prabhakar was very supporting in store. Understood my concern well for my trolley bag wheel repairing & got it done hand to hand with available resources though TAT is 4-5 days. VIP should ensure availability of basic tools & parts at their service stores so that basic problems could be taken care of by store representatives.

Worst experience giving so much offers but after purchasing based on that vouchers applying so many tearms and conditions don't trust on sellers ask tearms and conditions before you buy
