Very bad service, inspite of putting a signage in their branch of providing 'special window' for senior citizens, they don't provide any services in that regard.
They will not even print your passbook as it's too much of work for them and when you go to print on their machine, it keeps overwriting and ignores the chronology.
When informed the bank manager about this, she didn't seem to care much.
They really don't value people or their time.
Contemplating on changing my bank.

I have been customer of this branch since 2009, then it used to be state bank of hyderabad. From my first day till now I have been getting excellent customer service and a big fan of such a helpful staff. Special thanks to home loan team there.
