Covid-19 crisis is broadly misused by the customer care unit. After BNP joint venture, this company's customer care services have drastically come down. I have degraded them from 10* to Zero Star, because of careless and poor followup. Useless team, infact. I am actually an Honorary Ambassador to SK, based on my advise more than 50 customers would have joined since 2008, despite the fact, my grievances always getting landsup in a deaf ear. NOT RECOMMENDED to open an account with this company.

3rd class experience. No guidance. From 1st of June 2020 offices are open in Indore (MP) but office of sharekhan is closed till date (22.06.2020). No cheque deposit or any other activities are going on. No clear message to customers are given.
