आमचा म्हाडा वसाहत मुलुंड पूर्व येथील पुनर्विकास प्रकल्प मागील १३ वर्षांपासून रखडून ठेवलेला आहे. ३ वर्षांपासून भाडे नाही. घरही नाही. ना घर का ना घाट का, अशी अवस्था झाली आहे.

Worst builder, Mulund project is on hold, no one is updating on the project. Tenants are waiting for their home since last 10 years, they are not getting rent , worst situation of transit camps. But they don't have any concern. They are not reverting on phone calls, not updating anything to the tenants.

good developer .. there were some problems in project completion but it seems the company is on track again and doing construction in full swing in dadar project.
