This is a fake company they do not even have the number of the maid they send.
Their agent kavya only knows to lure money from clients like us.
I want my refund.I will file a police complaint on them for looting my money.

Very good agency for Housemaid and Babysitter. Need full time maid in panvel for cooking and looking after 5 yrs old kid, they got me a reliable and genius maid the next day placing my requirement. Better then other fraudulent agencies. Would recommended Reliance Maid Service to others looking for Housemaid in Mumbai

I have had such a pathetic experience with Reliance Maid Service. that too twice now.
I got maid who stole money from home and never returned.
you are not able to provide maid when required.
Even after paying your charges, I was without maid for almost 8-9 months.
The staff working at reliance maid services are so irresponsible that they don't pickup the calls purposely even when I call on the other number and request them to call back.

The worst service ever i received. Seems like this is fake company, they are just for the agency amount. Once they receive the amount, they don't bother to send the maids that you paid for. After all the struggle for so many days when the maid arrives just for 1 day, you'll have to pay her per day and her traveling. I paid 4 different maids for 4 days because Agency did not have maids in my locality. They do not pick up the phones. Kavya from agency will tell you that "aapko adjust karna padega without maid"
You keep on waiting for the maids to arrive in the morning during office hours, nobody will turn up nor any agency will pick up your call.
Worst worst company i came across, i want my money back since after paying them i did not get any service from them. If anybody would like to waste their agency money can register here on RELIANCE MAID SERVICE..
