Very bad service. Neither they r replying nor
Giving me any solution to my problem of
Collecting defective sensor supplied by them
On3rdmay nor replacing or refunding amt paid by me.
It is almost 12days now n instead of so many e mails
N feedback by me they r avoiding the issue. We cannot depend on such co to order our medicines

worst worst website, firstly it doesn't load after you place order, then their delivery partners like xpressbees which are fraud people, they never never deliver the orders, until you keep complaining for 100 times, and also the pharmeasy customer care girls are irritating, and nibbis, namely Shraddha, Bhageshree, Dipti, they never resolve anything ever!! and keep ranting the policies which are already written everywhere. Disgusting experience.

I waited for my medicine for 2 weeks. Every day I received a message like "sorry the order is late, we will deliver it tomorrow". In the end they cancelled my order as item went out of stock. If you dont have items available please dont waste clients time!

These guys sell medicine and the sort but they refuse to acknowledge the urgency of the commodity they deliver. It has been 2 days and order is just stuck at the warehouse. You should realize that you're not selling groceries, on second thought you guys aren't fit for delivering groceries either, big-basket is much faster. What good is all the discount you offer if you can't even deliver the medicine in time? Abysmal service, very disappointing considering all the advertisements. You should invest more on speeding up the whole process and a little less on advertisements, just a thought.
