Booked seats for a trip to Shirdi, since there were no train tickets available. Service provided was up to the mark and the Seats were pretty Comfortable too. The bus was almost on time to reach the destination but started off late from the source. Can be better by atleast providing the Bottle Pockets for passengers (all were torn out).

This bus is good but the driver and the conductor who was in incharge on 18/02/2016 in the bus number 6660 . Acts as a owner. They don't know to speak to the passengers , behaves very badly . For your kind information we all passengers are not traveling for free. We pay and come . First train them to be very GOOD.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOOO BAD.
