I feel they are not care customer just sell with wrong or miss selling its hapoen with us second time we purchased lap top from dadar where we also purchased extant worrenty worth 8k but they are not ready to repair lapntop saying it's not cover but while selling all coverd. So please be care before any things purchec never by from kohinoor .

Worst place ever.2and half year back. I want to buy samsung led tv but salesman said that. We don't have samsung led available there after he told me that JVC led is best. I should buy it. I trusted him. I bought JVC led after 9 month the back light of led is gone.l complaint to customer care. But they did not answer me. I go back to kohinoor and tell them my problem.they told me that they will do something. But till today they do not respond me.

Very bad experience during COVID pandemic. The salesman explaining the appliance to us didn't wear mask, was busy coughing and sneezing, wiping his nose with hand and touching appliances with the same hand.. Hardly any salesman was wearing mask in the shop. Too crowded with their excess staff. Zero COVID rules followed. Very dirty experience!
