I've been a big fan of Illumine's Microbooks. I really enjoyed reading each one of them. What I like most about their work: 1. They don't dwelve in Tactics and surface level to-dos, 2. They are really transformational in their approach and bring a new perspective to things, 3. Crisp and to the point (despite the complexity and depth of the matter), 4. Stem from a sustainable, ecological point of view. As someone who specialises in NLP and Human behaviour, I appreciate the philosophies of change and I see how this work can be a much needed bridge between the tactial 'doing' focused consulting work to a more transformative 'being' focused consulting approach for organizations and communities.

Illumine as the name says brightens up the minds of the people they interact or pass on the knowledge to. They get into depth of the need and try to bring about the change by dealing with the root cause. They have interesting methodologies and tools through which they impart the learning. Personally I have gone through their tools and have also interacted with their employees. What makes Illumine stand out is their workforce who are so passionate about the work and believes in their organisation and the system. I really wish all the success to the team. Kudos to your good work.
