Bought a pair of sandals a couple of years back from this store.the staff was not very friendly and the sandals didn't last very long either.my visit here turned out to be a forgettable experience.the showroom looks very impressive but the service leaves a lot to be desired.cetainly not reccommended

When it comes to casual slip ons, I always buy from Bata. A trusted brand since years. The showroom is huge with variety of footwear. Staff is friendly. Easy access from station. Though the place outside is a bit filthy due to street hawkers but the showroom is nice.
